Please complete the “Online 3-Hour Alcohol and Drug Education Program” or the “Driver Improvement Program” within 2 months of signing up. Idle users will be deactivated after 2 months.

After you have completed the online class, text (240)-731-8803 to schedule a final paper exam to get the official MVA accepted certificate. 

You can pause and resume at any time.  When you log in next time, it can start from where you were last time.
